Prices include VAT at 17.5%.

All bedrooms have private bathrooms en-suite, tea and coffee facilities, ten channel colour TV, teletext, radio and self dial telephones. We regret no refund is made for meals not taken, but lunch may be substituted for dinner. All prices are quoted on a 'per room per night' basis.

A deposit to the value of 30% of the total booking will be requested to be paid by credit card at the time of booking. Deposits are not refundable.

We regret that it has become necessary to impose strict cancellation charges. For any reservation cancelled within seven days of the date of arrival a charge equivalent to one night's Bed and Breakfast will be made.  For any reservation cancelled or curtailed within three days of the date of arrival a charge equivalent to the full value of the services booked will be made. Should there be a risk that a booking could be cancelled, it is recommended that appropriate insurance cover be obtained
